Reviews

Scrooge the Pantomime

“Steve Bradley as Bob Cratchit/Young Scrooge worked very well with the Dame and his happy energetic personality certainly shone through in his acting.”

- Helen Waddington

Calamity Jane

“Newcomer Stephen Bradley, singing and tap dancing his way through the role of Francis Fryer, deserves the gong for best newcomer. I hope he’ll be a regular feature of future productions as he clearly has a talent for character roles.”
- Eileen O’Brien, Thanet Gazette

The Wedding Singer

“…and Richard Robinson, Steve Bradley and Noel Ensoll showed talent in supporting roles too.”

- Eileen O’Brien, Thanet Gazette

South Pacific

“The greatest applause of the night should go to the brilliant Stephen Bradley whose funny, cheeky and charming portrayal of Luther Billis was in my opinion better than Ray Walston in the original film.”

- Eileen O’Brien, Thanet Gazette

Disney’s Aladdin

“Steve Bradley as Aladdin was excellent; he was one of the “older” members of the cast (early 20?s, I would say), and carried his songs brilliantly – as did his counterpart, Katie Forge, who played his princess. The interplay between the two principals really shone; they clearly had a connection which carried over to the audience and showed us the emotion of each scene – and there was a lot of humour there.”

The Next Room

“The direction, by Steve Bradley, allowed for intricate details in the characters’ relationship to be explored, and the awkward tension between them, displayed through their use of body language, was very well blocked and performed. The use of simple, yet poignant, colour symbolism created a significant marker for the audience and when looking back on the play provided a way of predicting the final outcome, however this is not obvious until it is realised at the end.”

- Luke Ilett-Mackie
